And also welcome new Sacred Circles Host Rosemary Carroll of Coryville, TN.
To move beyond limitations we need to know where they come from and how they work. Some limitations are there to protect us from making ‘the same mistake twice,’ and that can be a good thing – we are protected. However, most of the time we don’t realize the limiting conversation that is going on inside our heads – a monologue that is there, giving opinions in an incessant barrage of judgements, criticisms, and fears. We receive much of this programming (and more) as very young children – some suggest in even uetero – that becomes the defining conversation of our lives.
To move beyond limitations we need to realize what they are when they appear and see/hear them for what they are – the unreal voices in our heads that are set up by fear factors. I believe that anything that limits us has its roots in fear, and we need to recognize that first. Many times the fear voice seems so real that we don’t recognize that there are other voices or possibilities available to us.
We always have a choice; fear or love, limits or possibilities. The trick is remembering that we do have a choice, then take a breath and look again. I believe that using tools can help us reprogram the limiting beliefs – we need to apply something to the root cause of the fear (even if we don’t know the cause) to create a shift in thinking and feeling. There are many exercises, meditations and mantras that can be used to move the energy of fear. I see this as a whole body experience; in other words you can’t just resolve to change something, there has be an action that changes the body chemistry, the morphic field, the emotional body and then the mind can shift out of limits and into creative magic!
There are many tool that I teach…this is another subject..stay tuned!
Magnetics can be a voice that calls to us- those people and places that touch us and just we know. Mt. Shasta is one of those places for me. Tomorrow I will be there and the anticipation is delicious! Since my first visit to Shasta in 2011 with Lee Carroll and Kryon, I’ve been linked in an unexpected way to the Mountain. Is it magnetics, or past lives, or this present life – or all of the above?
Spirit guided me to this undeniable state of connection and enchantment with Mt. Shasta very slowly over twenty years! Still, during my two trips there in 2011 and 2013 I didn’t go up on the Mountain – imagine! I only looked and I felt it’s magic and majesty profoundly touch and affect me each time.
And in perfect Divine timing, I am coming full circle, this August 25-29, when I will be presenting a Retreat withAndrew Oser whom Kryon has called the “Master of the Mountain.” I want to connect you, my dear Family, with this Mountain magic by offering a Mt. Shasta Meditation Call with Andrew and meon April 23 at 7 pm. We’ll do a guided meditation together in the energy of the Mountain and the energy of Sacred Masculine/Sacred Feminine. We will also discuss our upcoming Retreat in August 25-29, Living As Your Awakened Self On Earth.
Last year, 2014, the Mountain brought me back three times in four months! My first trip to Ascension Rock last June shaped a benevolent, indelible (re)connection with the energy of the Mountain. I ask myself, “How can 85 cubic miles of rock mass hold so much for me?” Then I take a breath and let go of my mind’s distraction, becoming present to the feeling right now, which is both wonderfully delicious and deeply profound.
I look forward to sharing 4 1/2 mystical and magical days with those of you who are called to the Mountain in August. The energy, love, magnetics and healing are there for all of us! Experience the Divine mirror of the Mountain through the Meditation Call, the Retreat, the quantum field or the crystalline Grid of Gaia, and the awakening energy of Springtime!
Our concept of masculine and feminine goes back to our childhood. Our ideas and feelings about male and female grow and change as we do.
Since my Catholic, East Coast, ‘60’s upbringing, I’ve come a long way. The world of Nature has been an incredible teacher, showing me its deepest balance.
What is cold and dark in the winter becomes a riot of light, color and sounds as it comes awake in the spring and summer – always creating balance. Sometimes balance takes a full year to achieve, or even 20 – or it can happen in an instant. In one moment I can go from feeling receptive and open to feeling like a powerful creator.
As I move into the wisdom years of my life, I’m becoming more aware of honoring this process of balance. I see ‘finding balance’ more like riding a wave; sometimes it’s up, sometimes it down, but always in some kind of motion – always seeking balance.
Whether our physical body is male or female, there is a place inside that is the other, and like the natural world, it seeks balance, and thrives when we are closer the center. There were years of wishing I were a man so that I could be powerful and have more choices in my life, but now I am delighted to be a woman – in love with my Sacred Feminine-ness.
I have learned to also honor, appreciate and even cultivate my Sacred Masculine-ness as a beautiful Brother that I share a body and soul with. He balances my She, and She my He in so many ways. Neither is better or more important than the other– I need both to exist on this Earth.
As we begin to awaken to this innate connection of Sacred Feminine/Masculine Balance we can become more present to our place in the world as a whole Being. We have the opportunity to be our own resource for happiness and health, and in turn that energy ripples out into the world creating change and peace.
“Be the change” from inside your Sacred Balance of Masculine and Feminine; learn to honor the ebb and flow of energy, emotions, and strength. From here, a place of possibility, your innate intelligence will communicate the gift of its balanced wisdom.
Then on Monday evening, June 8, I will hold an outdoor meeting of the Lemurian Sisterhood/Brotherhood with KRYON delivering a special channelling. GUYS – this is your chance! Everywhere I go the men are asking to partake in the Sacred Circle, so this is for you!
that the early bird savings cut off date for the Mount Shasta Retreat this August 25-29, w with Andrew Oser is fast approachingon JUNE 1. I’m blessed to share the healing energy of Shasta with those of you who are called, and with Andrew, whom Kryon has called the “Master of the Mountain.” Here is more information about the Retreat Living As Your Awakened Self On Earth.
April 2015 Full Moon Eclipse
Astrology teaches us that life is an ebb and flow, like a symphony that rises and falls; it can be soft and sweet or intense and blaring. The better we know the key to our life’s music, the more we know every note and every tone to be in alignment with the sacred field of our life’s melody. Discovering and claiming our own unique harmonics is the central task of human incarnation.
Let this help you get ready for a powerful total lunar eclipse early Saturday morning April 4th. For the third time in less than a year, the Moon dips into Earth’s shadow, its dazzling white globe turning sunset red right before your eyes. All eclipses are not-to-miss events, but Saturday’s totality will be the shortest in a century – brief but beautiful!
A Lunar Eclipse can do a great job of purging and releasing things from our lives that no longer serve our higher selves. The bright light of the sun throws a spotlight on our subconscious to illuminate any issues within our primary relationships that have been festering there since the previous New Moon in Libra back in September 2014. Depending on how things have gone in the last 6 months, we can now see the fruit blossom from the seeds we planted back then.
If you have been resisting growth, you could experience the lunar eclipse as really volcanic. Lunar eclipses can be extremely emotional times – a good time to sit quietly and listen to what comes up; our feelings are our psychic barometer – allow yourself to feel – and don’t fear the tears of sacred salty purification.
While observers in far western North America, Hawaii, Japan, New Zealand and Australia will witness the entire event, those in the mountain states will see the Moon set while still in totality. Meanwhile, sky watchers in the Midwest and points East will see only the partial phases in a brightening dawn sky.
April 2015 is a month of questions, also the discomfort of not quite knowing where we’re headed at the moment – the blank slate of possibility or a sense of restlessness that demands a response. This can all seduce us into premature (re)action now, regretted further down the line. The lunar eclipse in Libra on April 4TH asks us to reflect rather than respond. It highlights behaviors born of old habits and past experience, usually fear/survival based. The first week of April is a good time to review the landscape of our life: material circumstances, relationships, activities, anything and everything in our everyday existence. Having done so we can ask ourselves ‘What of me is reflected in this?’ Moderation is needed, patience, and a willingness to trust life and its own divine timing. This is a time for deep listening not rash decisions. This is a time to sit in the silence and allow our inner wisdom to bubble to the surface, for that wisdom knows what we need and is the most compassionate voice in our life.

The first Full Moon of 2015 is exact on Sunday January 4th at 8:53pm PST. It is a Cancer FULL MOON (also called the Full Wolf Moon) is a time of igniting and activation. Emotions rise to the surface, so tuning in to our innermost feelings and allowing for healthy flow and expression of them is key. Liberation awaits on the other side so move with the changes and try to find balance amidst the rising tides.
This Full Moon is actually a Grand Cross Full Moon, which means there are planets in all the cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn) and they are all squaring or opposing each other. This can bring up crisis points but also the potential for major realization, ‘aha’ moments and inner or outer shifts in our personal lives, relationships, home/family situations and career or life purpose. This is not a light and casual Full Moon! It is kicking off 2015 in a big way- with focus on what needs to shift, change, transform, end and/or be released in our lives.
We can use this Full Moon energy to get clarity on where we are holding on and what we need to let go of- and because the Full Moon is in emotional Cancer part of what we need to let go of is our emotional attachment(s) to the past.
This Full Moon is also conjunct Sirius- a very powerful fixed star that many ancient cultures have mythology about. Being the brightest star in the sky it brings success in business, influential friends of opposite sex, favorable for the father, good health, and beneficial changes in home or business. This connection with Sirius is to Higher Consciousness- and to ancient beings that came from this star system to earth a very long time ago to help us evolve and grow. Sirius helps us to make the mundane sacred- so it is a fixed star that bridges worlds. With Sirius on the Grand Cross Full Moon, we have amazing opportunities to access Higher Wisdom and Higher Love- all we have to do is be open and receptive to it this week.
The most harmonious aspect this Full Moon makes is a trine to Chiron, the wounded healer, pointing to the deep potential for emotional healing and clearing that is accessible to us all at this Full Moon. This Full Moon may bring up a lot, but Chiron shows that if we stick with it and move through what arises rather than shut it down, deny it and pretend otherwise- we can come out the other end healed, cleansed and expanded in our awareness of why things are happening the way they are in our lives.
Full moon rituals are perfect for purging and releasing things from our lives that no longer serve our higher self. The bright light of the sun throws a spotlight on our subconscious to illuminate any issues that have been festering there since the new moon. Often the full moon is a time where we can see the fruit blossom from the seeds we planted at the new Moon. We can also choose to release people or bad habits as old routines and ties we established years ago can be thrown into the lunar fire. When we release people or things in this way, the full moon birthing time can be more of a cosmic menstruation.

Listening to a Kryon channel this early morning lying in bed before full light, the energy of the channel stirred up this profound message for me.
In the channel, Kryon is speaking about timing, specifically that Lee had missed a plane and the meeting was delayed by 6 hours. For me this series of realizations unfolded: it is almost 11.11 again, and I will be in Colombia next week when it is. This will also be the third anniversary of my first Lemurian Sisterhood workshop ever, which took place in South America on 11.11.11. I didn’t plan it this way; this is strictly the synchronicity of Spirit. It’s almost comical as Spirit winks at me, saying, “Don’t be so surprised; you do believe in Divine Timing, after all!” Yes I do, and yet the synchronicity of this timing is just now dawning on this groggy human mind, that has been grounded in the details of preparing for this trip.
Even though Spiritual awakening has been my life’s path, when the activation of my Lemurian DNA happened on 9.9.11 I was stunned! I had no particular expectation that day; I wasn’t even asking in that moment…but I was in deep surrender, and I still didn’t see it coming! I am usually in a place of asking and waiting – you know the drill: trusting in Divine timing, trying to be patient, surrender, then wondering and asking again, then waiting, rinse and repeat.
Exactly a month later (that would be 10.10.11 – synchronistically) I told Lee Carroll about my Lemurian awakening activation adding, “I don’t have to do anything with this, I’m just feeling blessed to have had the experience. I don’t need to be in charge of anything or add to my already very full plate-of-life, and I don’t need to create anything.” He replied, “its okay…you are in charge and you should create a Workshop for women at our 11.11.11 event in Argentina. You’ll know what to do.” Again, I was stunned! My inner voice was going nuts; “What- me? A bi-lingual workshop on a topic I know nothing about!?! EEK!” But I sat there with Lee, and quietly said a simple “okay.” Somewhere deep inside of me there was a deep trust that this would all unfold perfectly, and you know what? It did!
Since that fateful day almost three years ago, that ‘workshop for women’ has become the ever-growing Workshop and blossoming community of the Lemurian Sisterhood. On this 3rd anniversary – the mystical cosmic 3 – anything magical is liable to happen, and I’m fine with that!
The Initiation and Activation energies have been amp-ing up with each meeting, and the last one, in Myrtle Beach, SC, was intergalactic! I say this not just from my own experience, but from feedback that is still arriving in my inbox, weeks later. Whatever was going on in the planets, stars and my own Akash, a new level of transmission from the Lemurian/Pleiadian well-spring is connecting with me. The words ‘live-stream’ came after the event when I was reflecting on the intensity of energy, the quality of the information and waves of love that came through. There was so much energy, if fact, that I was guided to share it with the participants for their healing. Of course being the natural detective that I am I asked, “Will there be more?” In the space of less than a blink I felt a big ripple of energy touching my crown chakra and whoosh down my body, leaving me a little breathless and very happy!
My ‘job’ as I see it is to keep this physical vessel regenerated so that this beautiful unfolding can continue. I feel blessed and honestly amazed that this energy has opened and healed so much of me – and that I get to share it! In Myrtle Beach, during Lee’s lecture time, he said that God wants us to be happy, to be joyful, and even dance a little – so I’m for that! More dancing, more gratitude and celebration! More deep breaths and more delicious surrender to the love of God – and Goddess, of course (smile).
The Equinox is the mid-point when the Sun is at the zenith over the equator. This planetary threshold calls us to pause and feel this embodied state of balance. This time of year is also known as Mabon in the Pagan and Wiccan traditions.
This is a perfect time to reflect on the fact that both the light and the darkness are a continual part of our experience, and it is a natural part of life to dance within the spectrum.
Light and dark, male and female, yin and yang, these are natural states of life. We cannot disconnect one from the other, and we cannot deny that both are part of the whole of experience. We must see the balance and the beauty in both.
Whether we are in the Northern Hemisphere transitioning into Fall or in the Southern Hemisphere moving into Spring, let’s join together, as a planetary family with a deeper understanding and appreciation of this continual dance.
It is in times like this that we can collectively expand the consciousness of our shared experience. This seems simple enough, but really how often do we truly inhabit this awareness? Our experience is usually so immediate that we rarely think of ourselves as a planet moving within a vast and mysterious Universe. If we did we might feel more united, and we would have more reverence for our beautiful Earth.
This is a wonderful time to honor this transition point and the major changes many of us have been experiencing. Doing some kind of symbolic ritual can help greatly in releasing the past to make room for the future that is beckoning. We are moving into a new season, a new time, a new chapter and with the new moon in Libra, and the Universe is certainly supporting us in this time of change!
Celebrate the Equinox by giving thanks for the balance in your life, for the abundance of the harvest season, and the attributes of the new moon in Libra, who is ruled by Venus; gentleness, balance, beauty, and a time to release energy that has been tied to the past.
May we embrace the all-that-is, for as we know, it is through our opposite reflection that we can let go of resistance, learn, and appreciate. Let us meet in the recognition that we are all of it, and may we move with grace into the new.
Equinox Blessings to all!
Its been many thousands of years that the tiny pineal (Greek for pine cone) gland has been getting the attention of Traditional Medicine practitioners, Yogis, meditators and healers ~ even Socrates spoke about it. How much brain dissection was going on 4,000 years ago? Is it possible that the pineal gland is something so deeply innate to our advancement as a species that it wanted to, needed to be heard? Are we finally ready to work with it in a bigger way?
At my last Lemurian Sisterhood event I was ‘moved’ to or ‘directed’ to do something new; instead of my usual ‘OM-ing’ with the group, I was instructed to have everyone put their tongues on their pallets and OM with their mouths closed. This breath sent a vibration up into the pineal, cleansing and clearing it. Wow! Try it for 3-4 breaths and your whole head will be filled with good vibrations! Our pineal gland makes melatonin (the sleep regulating hormone) and serotonin (the feel-good hormone) and gets encrusted by FLORIDE and CHLORINE over time. This can lead to changes in sleep patterns and possibly depression as we age.
This breath is a small thing, but like regular exercise, can be effective and life changing with practice. Then when you’re ready for a big step up, imagine this vibrating your little pine cone (smile):Tone 29
After returning from FREEZING Edmonton, Canada, I take off tomorrow for Sarasota, FL. When I return on Tuesday I am home for two days then head to Vancouver, then home and San Antonio – see what I mean? And now its supposed to snow right before we leave for Sarasota! I have to admit, I’m a blessed traveler (knock wood and anything else in sight!), but I do believe that my intentions, prayers and guardians have a lot to do with that. And why not give my too-busy mind something constructive to do? After all, if left to ‘her’ own devices she can definitely run amuck! So, when I’m holding my printed ‘itin’ I see it all going smoothly, with grace and ease, and pleasant surprises like: upgrades, smooth air, pleasant seat mates, luggage arriving, good health, on-time departures and arrivals, pre-screened security, short lines. Why not? Breathing helps, of course, even when the lines are long (smile) and so do naps, and goddess bless my Kindle!
Last night I slept with a half unpacked suitcase on the bottom corner of the bed – unpack from winter, repack for summer. Of course, this means very organized closets and shopping (which happens in airports a lot) and good relationship with my washer and dryer. Then, my wonderful suitcases – Rimowa. I never would have spent so much on luggage, but with Sid’s avid encouragement, I jumped into that world and boy am I glad I did! These babies have four double wheel, like hefty roller blades, and practically propel themselves, even when they are topped out at 49.5 pounds (another smile). And they do get beat up, but ‘keep on ticking.’ Need to go to the gym? Nah, not with a 20 pound carry on in tow! I try not to sit when I’m waiting for a flight, always wearing comfy shoes so I can walk in circles or from one end of the concourse to the other; then there’s stretching in a corner somewhere. I’ve given up caring about what casual travels think of us road warriors…or us casually dressed road warriors. God bless the men who travel in suit, and women in heels and panty hose! Not for me, but also my rule is (just like every day), sweats are for in the house or the walking trail, not for shopping or travelling in. I’m a jeans fan, when traveling like millions of other people. Jeans (especially the newer ones) say casual but not messy, and the designer ones say casual with a bit more.
Carry-on bags are a whole ‘nother category; maybe I’ll review them some other time, along with my favorite travel friendly purses. For now, time to finish packing – oh – and another important Amber travel tip, ‘never zip your suitcase until you’re ready to roll it out the door’, because inevitably you will want to put in that ‘one more thing’ and its much easier to place it in a nook when the suit case is open then try to stuff it between the zippers when its standing…yeah – zipper burn, that’s how I learned. Happy trails to you until we meet again! Amber
Did you feel the smallest full moon of 2014 as it rose in the night sky on Jan. 15? It was sort of a relief for me; not too intense, but glad it passed and took the emotions of the moon with it. This was a mini-moon – a full moon at apogee, or its farthest point from the planet, which may explain the neutral feeling I had on the 15th as I wrapped up the Kryon/Lemurian Sisterhood/Pineal Tones weekend. Not that the weekend wasn’t FANTASTIC in so many ways, but I wasn’t feeling the intensity – or perhaps I should say the roller coaster – of some full moons…and that’s OK with me!
The first Kryon channel of 2014 (here in Boulder) is now up on the Kryon website; it was very global in message – global in that Kryon talked about world politics and global in the over all energy of the planet. http://www.kryon.com/freeAudio_folder/2014_freeAudio.html
Following the channel we prepared for the Lemurian Sisterhood evening. Lee asked me if I would like a Kryon channel before the LS meeting – who would say ‘no’ to that?? Kryon had a plan, and it was to honor my part in bringing the Sisterhood back to the earth now, and to honor me with my Lemurian name; MeLe’ha – wow! – I am blessed and honored to have awakened my Akash in the traditions of the Lemurian Sisterhood, bringing ‘her’ into the present with “New Traditions” based on the sacred traditions of the ancient days. I was a beautiful, powerful evening in the vortex of the Rocky Mountain Foothills of Boulder and we sisters rocked the house! Thank you dear Sisters!
Many thanks to you dear Lee and Kryon for your anchoring the energy of this year, the Lemurian Sisterhood and the energy of love for the planet as we enter 2014 together. Bye-bye 2013; on to new vistas with our grand intentions! Blessings~*~*~Amber
Happy Divine Year!
I was listening to the Kryon channel from Laguna Beach (again) this morning and heard something ‘new’ or at least something I hadn’t yet heard. It was the last 2013 channel. Kryon said that 2014 is the Year of Divinity- a ‘seven’ year in numerology. For me this is very good news; but then, after 2013, almost anything would be good.
On November 29, our dear friend, Stony (Charlie Stoneciper) had a fatal heart attack in his Arvada home. I am deeply touched by his loss; he was Sid’s Body Talk protégé, and in many ways they were soul mates in the healing world. It’s so strange to me how these two wonderful men, whose hearts were full of love, so giving and caring, had such faulty physical hearts. Stony’s service is Wednesday, and I have the honor of speaking for the healing community. There are many connections and synchronicities with Stony: we met him about 12 years ago, and he and Sid just clicked. Stony and his wife Beth were our patients and friends for many years. Three years ago, on New Year’s Eve, Sid and I married them in their home. This was the last of several weddings Sid and I preformed together – coincidentally. Stony passed the day before Sid’s birthday (coincidentally) and 2 days before their 3rd anniversary, and in 2013. When I finished telling Lee about Stony’s passing he said, ‘yes, its still 2013.’ I have learned this year that being left behind seems a lot worse than letting go of this life.< So here we are on the other side of The Year of Recalibration (also known as the Year of Full Moons and the Year of Poop; a Lee-ism!) in the Year of Divinity, and are you ready for a fresh start? I'm looking forward to Lee and Kryon's visit in Boulder and channel for this New Year- inspiration! And having my FIRST Lemurian Sisterhood/Flame of the Goddess meeting for 2014 in my home state, riding the wave of the Kryon energy sounds good to me, too! If you aren't able to join us in person, we are in touch always through the Crystalline Grid's - Gaia, the Pleiadian, and our personal energy Grids! Let's tune in Saturday, Saturday evening and Sunday and create a beautiful web of connections! In the Light and Love of the Divine~ Amber
I was with my friends yesterday, January 1st, 2014, literally ‘ringing in the New Year.’ We gathered at Chuck (my amazing recording engineer/producer) and Marguerite’s house here in Longmont, CO. We meditated, affirmed, prayed and then rang our bells, bowls and gongs! This was our second annual New Year’s gathering and it was the perfect way for me to have this year start. I think we can all agree to be delighted in leaving 2013 behind – and in my case the further the better. At last year’s ‘ringing in’ Sid was present (in his physical body), so this year was another ‘first’ in that respect. That year has flown by (again thankfully) but it seemed to carry so much intense energy!! DONE!!
Yesterday I wrote my Letter to Spirit for 2014 – more than a wish list, it is filled with affirmations, prayers, desires and spells. I haven’t printed it out yet, so its not official, because it still needs tweaking. Its a New Year’s Day thing for me. I just like starting off by letting whoever is listening (and the inner me) to know what sounds like a good plan for the year to come…Sid used to say, ‘man plans, God laughs’, but I do it anyway (I’m more the optimist – smile).
I’m excited about the upcoming event with Lee Carroll and Kryon, Jan. 11, the Lemurian Sisterhood meeting that night, and Dr. Todd’s event on Jan 12 (all at the Boulder Marriott). This year my personal guests will be Jonathan Goldman, his darling wife Andi and their son Josh; its about time that these ‘sound people’ got together! Also, they will bring along the Lemurian Tuning Forks – I haven’t heard them yet – and the Pineal Tuning Forks; more healing and fun sounds.
We’ll have out of town guests, too – Monica Muranyi, author of The Gaia Effect, the Kryon collaboration book (she’ll actually be staying with me for 2 months; we’ll have some amazing Goddess time!), and Orion will be driving in from CA starting tomorrow. I missed him at Christmas, since he was working. Rubi Hendricks is coming in from North Carolina to handle the registration; so my house and heart will be full -yeah! Now it feels like a holiday!
Part of my ‘fun’ for this year, which is inspired by Andi Goldman, is to have a word – a word of the day, week, month, whatever; something to focus on for that time frame. Its like a meditation; when my mind wants to fret or go too far into the future, I come back to the word. Some examples are ~ beauty, imperfection, balance, dance, breathe, forgive, laugh, compassion, etc. What do you think? I’m a sticky note fan, so the plan is to let the word come in before I get out of bed, write it on the sticky and put it on the computer screen – maybe on the fridge and in the bathroom, too. I started yesterday with DANCE which inspired me to put on some classic
R&R and boogie around the kitchen while I was cleaning up – much more fun! I’m also noting in my schedule book the word of the day so that when I travel…there it is! Can’t you see me in the exit row with my word of the day LAUGH? Oh yeah – that’s exactly what I need this year, more lightness of being, and may you have your wishes also~*~*~Blessings, Amber
